Welcome to Georgina's
Conveniently situated on Benalla's Bridge Street in the heart of town Georgina's Restaurant offers a selection of home cooked cuisine in a casual and contemporary environment. Chef Tor Kirk delivers the true flavour of traditional Australian dishes alongside spicy Asian influenced cuisine for your evening dinner service.
OPEN FOR LUNCH..... WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY 11.30am - 2.30pm
All produce is locally sourced and can be accompanied by wine, beer, spirits or soft drinks from Georgina's licensed in-house bar.
Georgina's Restaurant is open every evening for its dinner service except for Monday. Meals from 5.30pm to 10pm.

Georgina's Restaurant has a long and proud history in Benalla. It was once the Australian Hotel which was owned by Samuel McKee in 1874 and closed in 1901. It was immediately re-opened as the Australian Boarding House. The old building was demolished and the present day two storied building was built in it's place. This new building was opened in c1910 by Grainer as the Austral Guest House and which part later became George's and even later Georgina's Restaurant.

Wine - including local wine, wine from the Clare and Eden Valleys and McLaren Vale in South Australia, Margaret River in Western Australia, Mornington Peninsula in Victoria and wine from Marlborough in New Zealand.
Georgina's Restaurant is proud to stock La Cantina wines from the King Valley, their wines are all made with no preservatives added and are unfiltered, retaining full characteristics of each wine!
